Job Summary

The Welder Fabricator performs critical maintenance and repair tasks on heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of welding and fabrication techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including welding and fabrication tasks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to complete complex projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in a heavy equipment or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of welding and fabrication techniques, including safety protocols and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
