Position Overview:
The Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team by welcoming customers and supporting Sales Associates with necessary administrative tasks. We are currently seeking multiple Retail Sales Associates to join our team.
Compensation: This role offers a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour. We are dedicated to equipping you with the resources to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:
A typical day for a Retail Sales Associate includes:
  • Warmly greeting all customers.
  • Reviewing sales data, including product availability and job status.
  • Organizing and updating promotional materials.
  • Handling phone inquiries and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
  • Preparing informational packets and specification documents.
  • Managing the sign-in log and submitting weekly traffic reports to management.
  • Participating in training sessions provided by the company or manufacturers to gain product knowledge.
  • Assisting in the coordination of in-store events.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ability to pass background checks, driving checks, and drug screenings.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires regular communication and active engagement. It involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting items over 30 pounds throughout the day. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
This role operates within a retail business setting and routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and inventory scanning devices.
