Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Event Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bucher & Christian Consulting, Inc. dba BCforward (BCF). This role is essential in coordinating and executing various events, ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume scheduling and coordination for events.
  • Oversee logistics for events, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Adapt to process changes and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail throughout all stages of event planning.
  • Utilize tracking systems effectively to monitor event progress and outcomes.
  • Employ Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel for presentations and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Proven experience in high-volume scheduling and event logistics.
  • Strong adaptability to changing processes and environments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse groups.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in talent acquisition and event logistics for large organizations.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience in budgeting and financial reporting related to events.
