Showami is a platform that connects qualified real estate professionals with other licensed agents to facilitate property viewings. We are looking for licensed real estate professionals in the Redmond area and its surroundings to assist in showcasing homes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a valid real estate license.
- Access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is essential.
- Experience in conducting home showings in the greater Redmond region is required.
- Ability to utilize an electronic lockbox for property access.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate property showings on behalf of the buyer's agent.
- Collaborate with buyer clients, listing agents, and property sellers to ensure timely viewings.
- Conduct home tours in a professional and courteous manner.
- Access listings through your local MLS.
- Utilize scheduling applications like ShowingTime to arrange showings for clients and their agents.
BENEFITS:
As a Showing Specialist, you will earn an average of $32 per home shown, with the potential to earn up to $50 per showing, plus tips for exceptional service. Typically, multiple homes are shown to a single client, and you will be compensated for each property viewed.
