Our Supply Chain environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a rapidly expanding network. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Recruiter, providing administrative support for Talent Acquisition duties in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting Requirements
    • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
    • Meet with managers to discuss needs
  • Applicant Sourcing
    • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites
    • Provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits
    • Maintain rapport
  • Applicant Evaluation
    • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants
    • Analyze responses
    • Verify references
    • Compare qualifications to job requirements
  • Project Management
    • Complete special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timelines and schedules
    • Conduct research
    • Develop and organize information

    • Manage internal client expectations by communicating project status and issues

    • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Compliance

Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years Human Resources experience or 2 years of general work experience in customer service or other office setting environment
  • Skills
    • At least 3 years strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
    • Clear communication and professional interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Previous high-volume recruiting experience

  • Physical Abilities
    • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and climb stairs/ladder
    • Able to use computer for an extended period of time
    • Repetitive movement with hand and fingers to operate a computer, phone, and keyboard
