Key Responsibilities

We seek dedicated professionals who will embody the principles of the Select Medical Way, which includes prioritizing patient care, enhancing community quality of life, fostering continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality services.

  • Assessing patients and recommending suitable treatment strategies.
  • Administering respiratory care to individuals with complex medical and surgical conditions.
  • Executing the insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
  • Advancing continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Educating and advising patients and their families.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of patient needs, ensuring each individual feels informed, understood, and valued. A passion for delivering exceptional care and a knack for innovative problem-solving in a dynamic environment are essential.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the start date.
  • Current state licensure is mandatory.
  • ACLS certification required for agency RT upon first shift; PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire.

Preferred qualifications that enhance your candidacy:

  • At least one year of relevant experience is preferred.
