Job Overview

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, onsite position, serving students in transitional kindergarten through the eighth grade.

This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who is passionate about providing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP) and supervision to students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Provide direct supervision and support to students as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective behavior management strategies.
  • Monitor and assess student progress and make necessary adjustments to BIPs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide recommendations for behavior management.
  • Document and report on student progress and behavior.
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
  • Prior experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
