The HR Assistant will play a vital role in facilitating daily administrative operations with minimal oversight, offering support to a designated department. The tasks associated with this position are moderately intricate and often vary, some lacking established protocols.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information;
  • Prepare meeting agendas and document minutes for corporate gatherings;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and ground transportation;
  • Review and edit documents for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and spelling;

Additional Duties:

  • Collaborate effectively while remaining vigilant and attentive;
  • Perform routine office tasks such as filing, scanning, record maintenance, copying, mailing, and posting;
  • Assist in the administrative functions of the clinical department;
  • Support the organization of provider schedules and special events;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in preparing various documents, reports, and correspondence with minimal guidance;
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks amidst competing deadlines and frequent interruptions;
  • Reading comprehension skills to interpret and adhere to procedural manuals and reports;
  • Capacity to manage and safeguard confidential information;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary;
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules as required.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent;
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience and/or training;
  • Previous experience in a corporate office setting.
