Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Tax Analyst to join our Personal Property Tax division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, preparing critical documents, and supporting project execution that shapes key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform independent data analysis to support appeal decisions and drive project success
  • Prepare essential documentation that meets jurisdiction requirements and project scope
  • Ensure accuracy when filling out forms and handling key project data
  • Learn property valuation concepts, anticipate next steps, and develop informed opinions from your analysis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Accounting, Math, or related subject
  • Previous experience in a business, research, or data-related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, with strong Excel skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
