Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Woodridge, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of industrial equipment, including Blow Molding Machines, Conveyor Systems, Industrial Robots, Palletizers, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment such as Blow Molding Machines, Conveyor Systems, and Palletizers
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with industrial equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve problems with Industrial Automation Equipment
  • Troubleshoot and Repair High Speed Filling and Packaging Equipment
  • Support all Production needs as necessary including operating equipment, relieving breaks and lunches, and leading and assisting on line changeovers
  • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment such as fillers, case packers, conveyor systems, palletizers, water purification/filtration systems and other production equipment
  • Continuous improvement in speed and accuracy of product changeovers and preventative maintenance plans
  • Installation and troubleshooting of production equipment
  • Follows all company policies and work rules including, but not limited to, housekeeping, GMP, PPE's, SAP PM module, and quality systems
  • Participates in the development and implementation of line improvements
  • Other Duties as Required
Requirements
  • Experience working with Blow Molding Machines, Conveyor Systems, Industrial Robots, Palletizers, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
  • Strong Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
  • Proficient in Mechanical Troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot Industrial Automation Equipment
  • Knowledge of PLC Troubleshooting Skills
