Job Title: Program Manager, Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Department of Defense (DoD) program. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the program through its life cycle, identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding DoD teams
- Organize and coordinate program objectives
- Identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission
- Broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with the Enterprise Database and object-oriented and scripted languages
- Experience with managing in accordance with agile program management principles and supporting DoD technical programs and program management
- Experience with Cloud-based systems or microservices and containerization development or deployments on SIPRNet and JWICS networks
- Experience with orchestrating or integrating development or modernization efforts across a wide span of stakeholders and contributors
- Experience with managing multiple projects, including adjusting to shifting priorities, solving problems quickly, and managing project teams, including direct responsibility for people development
- Ability to apply several tool suites for DevSecOps, microservices, and containers
- Ability to establish and report on cost, schedule, performance metrics, or deliverables as a project manager
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- PMP Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

- 20+ years of experience with leading complex DevSecOps programs with an emphasis on Cloud, multi-domain operations such as C2 of air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace missions, information operations, and platform technologies

Clearance:

Work Model:
