Della Infotech is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Long Term Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability
- Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure maximum benefit of care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary staff and students as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- A TX or compact license
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
