  • Establish effective communication channels with customers, shift leaders, and all staff members.
  • Document employee performance issues as necessary, devising action plans to address behavioral concerns, and recommending termination if needed.
  • Ensure the cash register is stocked nightly with the correct change.
  • Lead the team to ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered to customers promptly.
