Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction to ELL students, adapting teaching methods to meet varying academic and language proficiency levels.
- Assess students' language and academic skills to inform instructional strategies.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement effective accommodations and strategies for ELL students.
- Encourage interaction and integration between ELL and mainstream students to promote a cohesive learning atmosphere.
