Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and mentor research staff, including students, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
    • Promote professional development opportunities for center staff and researchers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Urban Planning, Public Policy, Sociology, or related disciplines). Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a research or academic setting.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Familiarity with housing and community development issues.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a routine office environment with some travel locally and within the greater Houston area (~20%) with mileage reimbursement.
