Job Description:

The Construction Manager will be responsible for all construction activity within their assigned community, including scheduling and supervision of subcontractors, inspection and acceptance of work performed, and maintenance of production office records.

  • Deliver superior customer service to prospects, homeowners, inspectors, realtors, and others at all times.
  • Organize all construction activity, including preparation of weekly schedules utilizing BuilderTrend software.
  • Enforce scheduling and quality of workmanship by reviewing job sites to ensure homes are delivered within specified time and in acceptable condition.
  • Maintain production office records, including scheduling work, ordering materials, recording government inspections, posting building permits, and approving invoices.
