About the Job

As a Senior Construction Site Supervisor at Western Construction Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. You will be responsible for supervising site personnel, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in construction site supervision
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Project
  • Experience with PROCORE software or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
