About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team at Bernau Capital Partners. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our furry clients, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grooming Services: Delight our clients and their pets with a range of grooming services, including brushing, bathing, and conditioning.
  • Pet Styling: Groom and style pets according to their owners' instructions and/or breed standards.
  • Pet Wellness: Ensure the wellness and safety of our furry patrons at all times.
  • Customer Service: Develop long-term relationships with pet owners by understanding their needs and recommending products and services that will keep their pet healthy and happy.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach efforts to attract new clients to our store.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning to keep the grooming environment fun and inviting.
  • Team Support: Assist store team members during grooming downtime.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year or more of grooming experience and formal training certification.
  • Skills: Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment, or pets weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods.
  • Availability: Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certifications: Must pass a drug, background, and validated selection test. Must be 18 years of age or older.
