Are you a pet lover with a passion for grooming? Do you have a knack for making pets look and feel their best? We're seeking a skilled Groomer to join our team at Pet Supplies Plus

As a Groomer, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch grooming services to our furry friends. This includes brushing, bathing, and conditioning, as well as styling and trimming to meet the unique needs of each pet.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delighting pets and their owners with exceptional grooming services
* Grooming and styling pets according to owner instructions and breed standards
* Ensuring the wellness and safety of pets at all times
* Developing long-term relationships with pet owners by understanding their needs and recommending products and services
* Community outreach to attract new customers
* Performing routine cleaning to maintain a clean and inviting grooming environment
* Assisting store team members during downtime

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ year of grooming experience and formal training certification
* 1+ year of retail or service industry experience providing top-notch service
* Ability to lift or move merchandise, equipment, or pets weighing up to 50 pounds
* Ability to stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Must pass drug, background, and validated selection tests
* Must be 18 years of age or older

Certified groomers are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus upon hire and completion of a 90-day probationary period.
