About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and capability development of our centralized price management capability for Enterprise. As a key member of our Pricing and Merchandising team, you will be responsible for improving affordability for our Guests while making prioritization decisions that drive economic impact and shape the competitive retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for the Pricing and Merchandising product
  • Partner with Pricing Strategy and Operations to evaluate current strategies, decide how to set the best price for Target using deep competitive intelligence, data science forecasting models, and adaptable financial and vendor partner guardrails
  • Lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver a product that meets the needs of our Guests and stakeholders
  • Develop and actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for the team and stakeholders
  • Encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance, and commit to the organization's direction
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced product manager with a strong background in pricing and merchandising. You should have a proven track record of leading integrated business decisioning user interface applications, with demonstrated ability to prioritize between automation and human-in-the-loop interfaces. You should also have experience working in an agile environment and be able to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
