About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team at Marmon Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding IT service and support for our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for Epicor and business products, including Kinetic 2021, Docstar (ECM), MES, CPC, AFR, and Spreadsheet server.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve data acquisition and delivery, working closely with the business and ERP manager.
  • Partner with external partners to provide solutions and support.
  • Develop and deliver training plans to enhance end-user knowledge and capabilities.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
  • Preferred knowledge of the converting industry and manufacturing process.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience with Epicor 10/11 and familiarity with Kinetic 2021.
  • Working knowledge and skills in SQL, SSRS, Application Studio, DMT, BAQ's, and BPM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
