About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Hyundai AutoEver America as a SAP HCM Business System Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our SAP HCM system and supporting the organization's financial consolidation and management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, estimate, support, and manage the effective and efficient delivery of the functional aspects of SAP projects, enhancements, and service delivery (break/fix) across all HAEA-AM-supported instances.
  • Be involved in the keep it running and evolutive maintenance of SAP ERP solution.
  • Take the lead role in assisting with the business case, planning, and monitoring, eliciting requirements, requirements organization, translating and simplifying requirements, requirements management and communication, and requirements analysis.
  • Oversee incident management, checking and solving customizing issues, bug fixing, investigation of escalated problems, monitoring of interfaces and replications, enhancement management, analysis, and application implementation, improvements, writing general as well as detailed, functional specifications, integration tests, and business support for UAT, the application documentation, contribution to workload estimations.
  • Keep a general overview of the solution's architecture and evolution and be accessible for all matters in the functional domain of SAP HCM.
  • Stay updated with technical developments and evolutions in SAP HCM.
  • Perform a fit-gap analysis for business requirements and deliver solutions in line with standard SAP.
  • Distinguish requests from the underlying business needs.
  • Maintain a regular physical presence close to business interlocutors and key users to assist them in the development and daily management of their applications.
  • Respect the operating procedures and methodology effective within HAEA-AM.
  • Respect working in collaboration with external partners according to the HAEA IT model.
  • Support HQ teams in the maintenance of the SAP solution and its evolution in line with the requirements of our CBU.
  • On-call support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on configuration, development, or support of SAP FI/CO area.
  • Minimum of 7 years of ERP project execution/management experience.
  • Minimum 3 complete life cycle SAP implementation experience.
  • Experience in repetitive and discrete manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience in the automotive industry.

  • Ability to translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups around the globe.
  • Strong negotiation/persuasion and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate and manage in a matrix organization with multiple business partners and IT colleagues on a remote basis.
  • Must have the ability to question the status quo.
Salary Range

$75,880 to $108,500 per year.
