Senior Estimator for Heavy Civil Projects

A reputable construction organization is in search of a Senior Estimator specializing in Heavy Civil Projects. This firm has a strong track record in the execution of commercial, residential, municipal, and industrial developments. Their range of services encompasses:
- Site Preparation
- Roadway Construction
- Bridge Development & Restoration

- Concrete Works
- Environmental Services & Remediation
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up bids
- Tracking bid documents
- Conducting take-offs
- Reviewing architectural drawings and specifications
- Participating in pre-bid discussions
- Maintaining and updating estimating software
- Preparing packages for subcontractor bids
- Soliciting and assessing vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Drafting requests for information prior to bidding
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction
- At least 5 years in construction estimating
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred but not mandatory
Compensation ranges from $100k to $150k, along with performance bonuses.
