We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Specialist. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Stock, face, and rotate merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating displays and maintaining store fixtures
  • Process merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing inventory
  • Support sales floor operations, including processing transactions, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
