Job SummaryWe're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team in our smallest format stores. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests, engaging with them in a genuine way, and helping them find what they need. You'll work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest service, manage daily workload, and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting them and engaging with them in a genuine way.
- Help guests find what they need by being knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Work independently and as part of a team to manage daily workload and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
- Process all inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy and complete all backroom daily and weekly audits.
- Operate power equipment safely and maintain backroom organization and location accuracy.
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up, and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
- Work both independently and with a team to resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow a multi-step process.
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
