Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality resident care and supervise nursing assistants to ensure exceptional outcomes.
  • Administer and oversee patient assessments, care plans, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Coordinate Medicare and Medicaid processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely coverage.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to maintain comprehensive care for residents.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs and support staff training and development.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience.
  • No On-Call Duties: Achieve work-life balance without the stress of on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a current, active LPN/LVN license.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with PCC (Patient Care Computer) system is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various challenges with patience and tact.
