We are seeking a highly skilled Blending Technician to join our production team in Dayton, Ohio.

As a Blending Technician at Malt Products Corporation, you will be responsible for blending ingredients, operating blending and filling equipment, stacking and palletizing products, maintaining high cleanliness and sanitation levels, and performing various tasks involving cleaning of equipment and tanks.

This is a hybrid shift role, crossing over between 2nd and 3rd shift, with the expectation to swing either way to assist as tasks require. Great potential for overtime with this role.

The successful candidate will work in a team environment in a manufacturing facility on a 24/5 schedule, take personal ownership to create a safe work environment, learn and follow all procedures and programs, maintain the safe, clean, and effective operation of the plant and machinery, operate in a hands-on manner, and be capable of learning how to operate the plant's automated controls.

A High school Diploma or GED is required. Eligible for Shift Premium after successful completion of 90-day probationary period.
