About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of mission-critical projects, including hyperscale data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead the design and development of mission-critical projects, including hyperscale data centers, from schematic design through project close-out.
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor architectural project team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with company expectations.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with other discipline leaders to ensure seamless project execution and coordination.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and monitor project status reports, document relevant research and requirements, and prepare and document interpretation and submittal reviews during bidding and construction administration phases.
  • Staff Development: Monitor and mentor staff to produce architectural and engineering services aligned with company expectations and project concept.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Professional Licensure: Professional Licensure.
  • Experience: 6+ years' experience in A/E industry preferred, with mission-critical/data center experience.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional services from schematic design through project close-out, including design and technical expertise. Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to motivate, mentor and effectively delegate work assignments. Computer literate with typical Microsoft Productivity Suite and CADD.
