About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Project Engineer Lead to oversee the management of engineering design efforts for Design-Only and EPC projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage overall engineering design efforts to optimize safety, schedule, and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of multi-discipline professionals to ensure project success.
  • Implement the Quality Program for engineering designs and prepare final labor-hour budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university and 7 years of direct project engineering experience.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage workplans, schedules, and budgets.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $155,000-$215,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, disability coverage, and retirement plans.
