Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Polly. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security measures to safeguard our data, systems, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.
Design, implement, and manage security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
Conduct security assessments, application security reviews, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and address security risks.
Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs to detect and respond to incidents.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a security engineering or related role.
Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and technologies.
Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management solutions.
Proficiency in network and system administration.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as SOC2 and ISO 27001.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with cloud environments, AWS preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a plus.
