- Excellent interpersonal abilities and capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail; organized, efficient, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in research and familiarity with research methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participant Recruitment: Identify and screen potential study participants, ensuring completion of necessary assessments and documentation.
- Informed Consent: Clearly articulate the study's purpose, review all relevant materials with participants, and secure informed consent.
- Research Engagement: Conduct interviews at primary care research locations, coordinating participant visits, scheduling, and documentation.
- Participant Tracking: Monitor participant progression through the study, maintaining accurate tracking logs and scheduling follow-up visits.
- Data Management: Review and verify data entries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all information is documented according to established protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain study files in compliance with federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of participant data.
- Protocol Adherence: Ensure all study activities align with established protocols, including recruitment, screening, and participant visits.
- Regulatory Support: Assist in preparing research documentation for institutional review boards.
- Project Operations: Support overall project functions as required.
- Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with participants and study site collaborators.
- Diversity Commitment: Promote inclusiveness and diversity in all interactions.
- Effective Communication: Clearly convey study protocols and research objectives to collaborators.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the New York Node and Lead Study team.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and stay updated on field advancements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Salary:
$16.90-$24.00/hr.
