Position Overview
As a Clinical Laboratory Specialist at NorDx, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, contributing to the quality of patient care through precise laboratory testing. This full-time position is focused on the evening shift, ensuring that our laboratory services are available when needed most.

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Independently conduct and oversee laboratory analyses of patient samples in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Interpret, confirm, and report both normal and abnormal laboratory results.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical, instrumental, or physiological issues, implementing solutions as necessary.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control in all laboratory processes, including routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals as required.

Qualifications
Education:
For Clinical Laboratory Specialist: A Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field is required.

Licensure/Certification:
Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Specialist (or equivalent) from a recognized professional organization is required within six months of hire.

Experience:
Not applicable.

Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, and may be required to travel between company locations.
