- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum 0-1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
