Key Responsibilities
  • Provide various cleaning services to customers, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting.
  • Create a great customer experience by collecting payments, conducting walkthroughs, and making recommendations for additional services.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure that all cleaning tools are in good working order.
  • Follow the Window Genie Way, our proven system for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Be able to climb ladders, lift 50 pounds, and work for extended periods with arms above your head.
  • Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
