About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Window Genie team as a Window Tinting Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide various services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting, to our customers.
  • Create a great customer experience by collecting payments, conducting walkthroughs, asking for reviews, and making recommendations for additional services.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is clean and in working order.
  • Follow the Window Genie Way, our proven process for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Culture alignment and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift 50 pounds, and work for extended periods with arms above your head.
  • Reliable transportation and a cell phone with a data plan.
