Position Overview:

Foundation Communities Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multilingual Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outreach and enrollment team, you will play a vital role in helping community members navigate the complex process of enrolling in affordable health insurance through the federal Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients with diverse needs and identities
  • Assist clients in determining their eligibility for Marketplace plans and financial assistance
  • Enter client information accurately in our program database
  • Participate in phone banking campaigns to engage with previous clients
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to reach under-served and under-represented populations

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible, learn quickly, and multi-task
  • Ability to engage with diverse populations and provide culturally sensitive support
