About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System Inc. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating various treatments related to respiratory problems for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate respiratory treatments for patients of all ages
  • Provide effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team
  • Communicate with nurses and physicians to ensure seamless patient care
  • Manage critical care patients and ventilators
  • Document patient information and treatment plans
  • Perform floor therapy modalities and provide patient education
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Georgia
  • Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care, or eligible to sit for the Registry Exam
  • Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • One year of prior experience in a relevant position
