About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Capital Projects Manager to lead our construction teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the industry and a strong understanding of construction procedures.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, including planning, organizing, and supervising construction operations. They will work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Monitoring and controlling project expenses, ensuring they stay within budget
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including photos, videos, and documents
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Managing and resolving conflicts that may arise during the project
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management
  • BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or a related field
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
