Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to assist our team in managing solar energy projects from conception to completion. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of solar energy installations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of solar projects
  • Coordinating project schedules, timelines, and resources
  • Managing communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reporting
  • Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Supporting the sales team with technical knowledge and project feasibility assessments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry practices is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing environments
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
