Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit at our state-of-the-art facility. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Current RN license in any U.S. jurisdiction
  • 1 year of ICU experience, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in the last 4 years
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
