Job Summary:

Swagelok is seeking a highly skilled **Senior Quality Engineer** to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization that values innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in engineering projects that impact capacity, productivity, quality, cost reduction, and new product development.

• Conduct and/or define moderately complex tests and set-ups, and create and update models, drawings, and assemblies as required.

• Assist with capital equipment justifications, procurement, or quoting costs, and recommend solutions for standard problems.

• Develop and/or analyze new or changed products/processes for basic effect on product definition, and draft plans for testing of concepts, design changes, or project milestone completions.

• Present information to others within and outside Swagelok on a fundamental level, and train technicians and non-technical associates.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with some technical courses or on-the-job training in a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, with proficiency in moderately technical tools and lab equipment and instrumentation.

• Strong abilities in the use of moderately technical tools and lab equipment and instrumentation, and good computer and typical office software skills.

• Strong written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
