Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Demonstrated expertise in critical care nursing, including emergency department experience
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
