Role Summary: The primary objective of this position is to provide essential support to the Manufacturing division, ensuring streamlined operations within the production environment. This role focuses on optimizing current processes and achieving production targets. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance and addressing any issues that may lead to non-compliance in product quality or yield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and execute technical projects aimed at enhancing existing products or processes, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Analyze and resolve a variety of engineering challenges, applying innovative solutions and advanced technological approaches.
- Develop expertise in a specialized field, establishing oneself as a recognized authority and providing leadership within the organization.
- Incorporate business policies into daily tasks while understanding the broader business landscape and customer needs.
- Build and maintain a network of internal and external resources to facilitate project completion.
- Guide the onboarding and training of new engineers and team members.
- Lead project teams, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Mentor junior staff by sharing technical knowledge and offering constructive feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a consultant for engineering matters, providing insights on significant issues.
- Act as a representative for the business unit, communicating current and future capabilities to customers.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (16 years) or Master's Degree (18 years preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with a strong grasp of the functional area.
- Proficient in applying technical principles and practices, with a solid understanding of business unit functions and interdependencies.
- Experience in a quality system environment is essential.
Compensation: The base salary for this role ranges from $72,700.00 to $145,000.00, with variations based on location.
