Green Meadows Farms is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to join our team. As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all cannabis inventory, ensuring compliance with state and local laws and regulations, and overseeing the inventory team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer all cannabis and non-cannabis retail inventory tracking systems.
  • Conduct product counts and ensure inventory requirements are met.
  • Problem solve inventory issues, including shortages and product documentation completion.
  • Communicate with internal teams to receive invoices and necessary information for delivery.
  • Secure storage of product and maintain organization and cleanliness of the vault.
  • Perform inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Work with Production and Compliance Management on regular inventory product audits and inventory levels and packaging planning.
  • Research and resolve inventory variances.
  • Record keeping and maintaining compliance of vault and inventory.
  • Maintain knowledge of all system/policy changes in METRC and LeafLogix.
  • Maintain knowledge of Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission Regulations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of cannabis retail experience with 2+ years of specific Inventory experience.
  • Comfortable working with METRC.
  • 1+ years in an Inventory Tech III level role or equivalent.

Must be able to work nights and weekends when necessary. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance). Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Adapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands of the Facility. On a regular and recurring basis, the employee must alternate between contaminated/dirty environments to clean. Strong odors may be encountered. Work is generally conducted in heated and air-conditioned areas.

Authorization to work in the United States, or the ability to obtain the same. Must obtain a State Agent Card. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. Must pass all required background checks.
