Role Overview:
IDIQ is in search of a highly qualified Data Analyst with expertise in product and web analytics. The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience and a proven ability to utilize data to inform business strategies. The primary responsibility will involve analyzing user behavior, product effectiveness, and website metrics to align with our organization's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Analytics: Evaluate product performance, user engagement, and customer journeys. Deliver actionable insights to improve product features and enhance user experience.
  • Web Analytics: Track and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior. Utilize web analytics tools and customer data to uncover trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Data Collection and Tagging: Develop and oversee data tagging strategies to ensure precise tracking of essential metrics across digital platforms. Identify and rectify any discrepancies in data collection.
  • A/B Testing: Design, implement, and assess A/B tests to refine website elements and boost user experience and conversion rates.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Extract, cleanse, and analyze extensive datasets using SQL and BigQuery. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, ensuring to identify and address data anomalies.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Construct and maintain dashboards and regular reports in Looker Studio to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure data alignment and support strategic initiatives.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in product and web analytics.
    • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Analytics).
    • Familiarity with tag management and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
    • Intermediate experience with A/B testing methodologies.
    • Some knowledge of SQL is highly preferred.
  • Skills:

Position Details:
This is a full-time, salaried position. The compensation range for this role is between $95,000 and $125,000 annually, based on various factors including skills and experience.
