Job Title: Senior Product and Web Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product and Web Analyst to join our team at IDIQ. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, product performance, and website metrics to support the strategic goals of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product performance, user engagement, and customer journeys to provide actionable insights and enhance product features and overall user experience.
  • Monitor and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior using web analytics tools and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement and manage data tagging strategies to ensure accurate tracking of key metrics across digital platforms and identify and resolve discrepancies or gaps in data collection.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize website elements and improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and BigQuery to provide insights and recommendations based on data findings and be vigilant in identifying data anomalies and take corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports in Looker Studio to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure data alignment and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product and web analytics.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of tag management and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Ensighten, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Intermediate experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Some working SQL knowledge highly preferred.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt (40+ hours/week). The pay range for this position is a minimum of $95,000 to a maximum of $125,000 annually. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

IDIQ makes available comprehensive benefits including 100% of base benefits for employees and 50% for dependents (Medical, Dental, Vision). The employee is regularly required to push, or otherwise move, up to 10-30lbs of various equipment. Applications may include but are not limited to repetitive work operating a computer keyboard, mouse and headphones while primarily maintaining a stationary position and occasionally moving about at an assigned work desk area.
