Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics tools, including Heap, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. With a proven track record of using web data to optimize the customer experience and business outcomes, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior and journeys, product performance, and other website metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee web analytics implementation across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, user engagement, and behavior.
  • Use web analytics tools, along with customer data, to identify trends and areas for optimization.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements and improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a web analytics role.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of tag management tools, such as Google Tag Manager.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to envision and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
  • Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
