Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide direct communication to customers on all aspects of their product cycle, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design a wide range of signs and graphics, including storefront banners, building signage, car wraps, and trade show booths, to customer specifications.
  • Production Assembly: Learn and master all aspects of print jobs, including utilizing our printers and CnC router, as well as the physical construction and assembling of signs and car wraps.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the Production Lead with various duties and work closely with the design and sales teams to ensure project scope, quotes, and accurate measurements.
  • Quality Control: Load media, inks, and generate quality prints from digital print equipment, and print, mount, trim, and finish various digital graphics and signage.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance at all times, reflecting the high standards of the SIGNARAMA brand.
Requirements
  • Printing Equipment Operation: Ability to run printing equipment and learn relevant printing software.
  • Sign Industry Experience: Prefer minimum of 2 years of experience in the sign industry.
  • Creative Nature: Creative nature in the Arts, with a focus on graphic design.
  • Software Proficiency: Knowledgeable with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Great communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and have a valid California Driver's license.
  • Customer Service Skills: Conflict resolution and diplomacy skills essential for providing exceptional customer service.
