InnoTECH Staffing is hiring a Junior Quality Engineer for a product development company in Southern New Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment of medical device R&D and manufacturing.
About the Job:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Use critical thinking and analysis to evaluate project and design compliance.
- Support the development of complex electromechanical devices through quality system processes.
- Participate in Risk Management activities, including FMEAs and Risk Analysis.
- Assist in the development and approval of Device Master Records and Device History Records.
- Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions using data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure accurate documentation and recording of information for communication with partners and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to system and process improvements using six sigma tools.
- Support reliability and statistical analysis.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
