Pinnacle Construction Co Inc is seeking a proficient Construction Estimator to contribute to our operations. This position is essential for the effective execution of project management, cost estimation, and scheduling tasks.
Key Duties:
- Accurately interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Employ estimating software for data management and report creation.
- Work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors.
- Assist in pre-construction activities including take-offs and bid evaluations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management applications.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
